I have an old IML robot with X20CP1485-1 PLC and MP181 panel (with AR) which works as terminal. I have a CF for PLC with program but without source code. And i have lost CF for MP181. I now that program for panel runs on PLC. There is only AR and some configs in CF for panel. Could i make a new program for MP181 without source code. For example, I can make new project with the same config, same AR, same IPs etc. is it possible. If so, how can I do it?

I noticed that this question hasn’t been answered. It’s definitely possible to re-create the application, but there’s no way of knowing all of those details if you don’t have the original project. You’ll either need to get those details from somewhere else (e.g. the machine’s operator manual) or start from scratch.
Do you still need help with this topic? Is there any more information you can share about what was originally on the mobile panel?
