Dear Experts,
in machine we automate is used ACOPOSinverter 8I66T400400.0P-000. This inverter run 3 kW Gear-motor from Flender Himmel CA102-A100LB/4-L32N. Simple Direct control is used to run the motor with constant speed. And speed is possible to change from the operator display.
The problem is, that after approx. 26 Hz motor start to make electric noise, similar to noise produced by motor with bad tuning parameters. After 3 hours of operation at 30Hz the motor surface was quite warm, around 50 C.
And I do not know how to solve this. Please see the settings of PP66 below. Autotuning method is changed to (NO) RS measurement, but it does not help - result is the same as with ™ Thermal motor. No parameters was changed inside the inverter.
well, I would probably start by questioning the motor parameters. For example, is the motor really wired in a star connection?
Next I would add LCR to the monitoring and check if the actual current is in a valid range (because you mentioned a high temperature).
Last but not least, there is a proper speed control. In this respect, the speed control parameters naturally also play a role

Hello Christoph,
thank you for the response. In the electrical diagram motor is star connected. Yesterday I did open the motor contacts box and and found star as well. I did try to add to my initial message photo of motor shield, but was limited as initial user by 1 attachment. Photo is in the end of this message.
Current I will check tomorrow. Speed control parameters now are used by default. If current will good, I will try to play with SPG and SIT.
Thanks one more time for the hints.
