Hello everyone.
I’ve been having problems with a AcoposInverter P66 communication. When the power is on there is a flashing error NST (freewheel). Also you can see in the attached video that after the flash, the S/E led turns off.
Video: P66 Flashing NST error
I’ve read a previous topic where the user had the same issue, he did solved, but he just said that there was a wrong Set Up: P66 Inverter flashing when connected
While trying to solve this issue we already set to factory settings the inverter, changed the Powerlink Card and none of that solve the problem.
Does anyone had this problem before?, Somebody knows the wrong set up that causes the communication fall in to a dead-loop?
Hello. We previously addressed the issue with the flashing on some P66 units. The flashing stopped once the Powerlink cable was disconnected. The root cause was a voltage misconfiguration at a User-Defined inverter: it was set to 400V, while the actual supply was 230V (US).
At the moment, I cannot access your video. From your description, it seems you are receiving an error during initialization. Your program reacts to this by setting command = 0, NST. The inverter may then clear the error, which leads to the process repeating in a loop.
Looks like you get the CF5 - Shortcut in connection error.

I imagine I also see an ‘nst’ (freewheel) and sometimes a short ‘rdy’ (ready) where sometimes the LED segments
overlap .. ?

We might be able to see more if you record with more frames per second.
And honestly that looks like a start of the device and then a breakdown of its internal control voltage.

Hello @Mikkel_Harlev @christoph.hilchenbac
Sorry for the Quality of the video, the customer only sent me that one video.
Actually, in some frames we can see error CFI - Invalid configuration:

This confirms that the advice from @Mikkel_Harlev about the voltage config was correct.
Thank you for your help.
