Powerlink Error

Hi,

we have a system with two: ACOPOSinverter P66-P, 1 axis, PLK, generic configuration inverters. These inverters are connected by powerlink. One inverter is node number 1 and the other node number 2 (we set by front panel device). The communication with the first inverter is ok, the CFF error appears in the second one.

We have tried all configuration and changed cable: same result.

Thank you

If the PLK node number are set to 1 and 2 by the display, you should not use DNA on the second inverter.

So disable DNA on second inverter.

I am not even sure if DNA is supported on the P66 powerlink interfaces.

Hi Corne Geerts,

thank you for your reply, but doesn’t work.

Hello Simone,

It looks like the second drive is missing the POWERLINK interface. There is a difference between the front of the two drives, where the working one has the PLK interface card and the other does not. It looks like you might be plugged into the RJ45 jack for the remote display on the second drive.

Picture of the POWERLINK interface.

Best regards,
Austin

Thank you. I’ll order the powerlink interface
