ACOPOS Inverter P74

Hello for everyone!

I created the project with ACOPOS Inverter P74 (IN1_8I74xxxxxxx.01P-1) and add the communication Powerlink with PLC (X20CP3586). In the process of commissioning I saw the problem - ACOPOS don’t connect with PLC. ModuleOK status is TRUE, but ERRD have a status ‘#7520’ (29984) - error of communication (internal or external). ST for every ACOPOS was set is correct, hardware configuration is correct and PLC in RUN mode. But it is one problem only. Current project is a modernization of old line - I need to add 2 new ACOPOS in line, also I need to add robots and another hardware (but it is not this topic). After configuration new ACOPOS I don’t have communication with old ACOPOS. Maybe, is it hardware incompatible or not, I don’t know, but I installed last version of hardware upgrades, includes the ACOPOSes. Help me, I’m tried absolute all, but communication absent.

Hi Anton,

Welcome to the Community!

If you have Module OK as true then the drive is communicating to the PLC. If you’re looking at the I/O mapping, then it sounds like you’re probably controlling the drive without the use of mappMotion or ACP10, is that correct?

Can you share a screenshot that shows the values of the other I/O datapoints?

Also, what do you mean by “After configuration new ACOPOS I don’t have communication with old ACOPOS”? Do you have multiple drives on your machine?

Hello! Yes, of course, this is a screen IO Mapping for ACOPOS.

I mean that old ACOPOS include in line before my commissioning. My scope of work is a commissioning of addition two ACOPOS (roller conveyors). All ACOPOS have a direct control for engine

ACP10 include in my project. Screenshot is below:

Hello Anton,

I see error 29984 (0x7520). This means ILF Error:

The ILF error appears when the communication between the option board and drive is interrupted.
Possible reasons:

  • EMC
  • wiring
  • From experience - No 24 V supply on the option board (like controller inside) when switch-on the drive.

Please check wiring, shielding, grounding… the problem can be caused also by HW fault of
internal control bloc or option board.

Regards

Stephan

Hi,

Thanks you for your answer.

As I know, this error means not only internal network error, but external network too. The description of ACOPOS show it.

How can I determine what is this error?

Hello Anton,

in the IO mapping of the P74, I see ModuleOK = TRUE. Therefore, communication between the PLC and the inverter is working. The problem must be in the communication between the Powerlink interface and the inverter.

Hi @antonparamonov1991, have you found solution, can you update us?
