PLC in SERV CPU Mode

Hello,

I have a problem with few panels 4PPC50.156B-10B.

During a power outage or panel shutown, it is possible that randomly 1-3 out of 10 panels end up in SERV mode.

It is problem about failed system tick event.

Here I had problem, that I needed to do two warm restarts.

Please, can you help me to fix this error? It is also possible, that if it is in SERV mode by CPU, to do automatically warm restart?

Thank you in advance.

it might also help to increase the system tick time.

Perhaps the Powerlink interface with a small cycle time is set as the ‘System timer’ here?

Thanks for answers.

well, the right way would be to use the profiler for that. But sometimes it also helps to try.

Is it possible to increase the System tick to 2000 µs (all task times and the ‘Task class idle time’ must then be a multiple of 2ms) !?
