Hi @luoz, if you would like to get help from community you have to describe better what is your problem, how looks like your configuration, what test you have done, etc.
Hint: WebViewer widget is iFrame, so make sure that web server do not refuse this kind of connection. you can try it e.g. W3Schools Tryit Editor
we used the VLC plug-in to convert the video stream to a local INDEX file, and then deployed it in IIS
