sorry for the delayed response, all replies seem to help a lot I have managed to access plc values during simulation in my test system but planning to travel to the facility, next week to test the actual equipment.

If you have installed PVI, you will find the Runtime Utility Center on your computer. This allows you to save all the controller variables in a file. Regards Stephan [image]
