Hello,
just by referencing the files in the Config View of AS6.5, as I usually do, I found that the .eventscript file returns an error when it is referenced:
When I click on it, it does not highlight the event script itself, but rather the content to which it is bound (all in the .vis file).
When the original event script file is added, it works as expected.
Are there any restrictions on referencing .eventscript files?
Hi @Michal_Malek ,
sorry for my late reply, but unfortunately, I don’t have yet an update from R&D.
I’m going to report to Support so they can create a CASE in our ticket system.
Ciao

@Michal_Malek the topic is essentially answered, so referencing isn’t possible. Documenting it in the AS help request is just extra work @valerio.manenti is doing. Do you have any additional question? if not please mark respective reply as a solution. So topic is closed.
Hi Jaroslav,
I didn’t get the impression from Valerio’s responses that it isn’t possible.
Actually, at least it is possible to reference it:
However, it cannot be compiled.
Please let me know if I’m wrong. If so, the issue can be closed.
Hi @Michal_Malek , I reported the issue to my local Support too.
I think there is a limitation but not documented so far, we will see the feedback from Support.
