Hello, -K06 means that the hardware is “customer specific”
As a result only the customer owning the hardware is allowed to get the upgrade (or to download the hardware within AS tools/upgrades)
As this is specific for a certain customer you need to login to the download dialog within AS or on B&R hompage
It will then show upgrades for you as a customer:
It also depends which AS the upgrade was ordered for. In other words when you order customer specific hardware then B&R will ask which Automation Studio you use and create an upgrade specific for you and your used Automation Studio.
Therefor I cannot give you the upgrade and rather have to tell you that you need to log on to AS or B&R homepage and download the upgrade there. Then the upgrade will most likely only exist for the version of AS it was requested for

Hello Oliver,
I looked on the website as you indicated but there is no where to find my request in case someone has it. It’s just to test a HMI that I have on the side. It’s an older product and I thought that now it would be possible to have it…
The age is basically irrelevant. Is your company the (original) owner of the hardware ?
No, It is Gelae company, they gave me this HMI but they don’t have the file.
Okay I understand. Gelae should contact its responsible B&R office and this office can then send out the file. Afterwards Gelae can send you this file
