hi we are assisting a customer who has the smartmold 9 kit unfortunately his panel was issued with 4EPIMC30.104L-30K HMI which is slightly older than the 4EPIMC30.104P-30K panels that is current , we have the hardware files for the 4EPIMC30.104P-30K but need the 4EPIMC30.104L-30K hardware files for V4 automation studio, this is quite urgent can anyone assist?
Normally you can get customer specific hardware files when the customer, who the panel is for, logs into the homepage or the update server in the Upgrades dialog (bottom left “Customer login”).
If not you can ask a B&R colleague (e.g. your nearest support) since they can also see customer hardware if logged in.

I have taken a look into this and I am afraid that there is no upgrade for this hardware. It seems as this device was a prototype and I am wondering where you got this from.
Anyhow it seems as this device was never officially released and I cannot provide any upgrade for this. May I ask which machine this is using such a device ?
At the moment I can only suggest to exchange the 4EPIMC30.104L-30K to a 4EPIMC30.104P-30K version as this is an official version where also upgrades exist. From the pictures I found of this “L” variant it looks exactly as the P device
