Open the system logger and you’ll see the reason.
Do you have the prj and Automation Studio install on your pc? or you see “service mode” just on your HMI?

I found the reason: it is because the HMI BIOS is missing system files, causing the check to fail, so it enters service mode.

but PP65 does not have BIOS..or?
