I have CP470 cpu on working machine, is there any way for uploading a program from plc and downloading to other one ?

You cannot upload the source code but you can upload the binary content
Here is a howTo you can follow:

Please note that the binary content cannot be modified - if you would need the original source code you have to reach out to the machine manufacturer

When you take a look at the PDF there are basically 2 ways to do an upload:
-
Using PVI Transfer tool (which is part of PVI setup)
-
Using Automation Studio (like AS2.7) and PVI transfer tool

If im correct it’s rs232 communication cable for connecting to plc, please send me if posible a wiring diag. for it.

Thank you for your help. It turns out the problem is with the CPU; we need to replace it.
