Hello everyone…hope you are doing well
Does anyone knows how i could disable this safety function because inverter sometimes works and sometimes stops suddenly…and for recording signal from the safety plc on STO input is ok

Hello @Muhammad_Ottoman . Unfortunately the hard wired Safety cannot be disabled on the P74.
The SAFF fault appears on the P74 either when a Safety function is requested but configured limit parameters are exceeded during active Safety function.
For example, when SS1 is requested but the stop ramp is violated.
SAFF also appears, when there is an issue on the wired Safety signal. For example, when the connected signal to STO is unstable or having voltage dips.
Also internal faults within the Safety circuit can trigger the SAFF fault.
Assuming this is something that has worked before something must have degraded. Is the P74 to the left of the one with SAFF using the same Safety signal circuit?
It could be tested to rewire so that each drive gets the Safety signal of the other. Since it is the same drive type (8I74T400110.010-1) you could also completely swap the two and see if the SAFF follows the current one.
Assuming the fault follows, the P74 might have to be replaced and sent for repairs. Again, completely disabling the Safety is not possible on the P74. The only thing that could be tried is wiring the STO to the P24 so 24 VDC for the STO is generated internally and not coming from an external source.
Best regards
Lukas
Thanks alot lukas …i appreciate your considering
