ACOPOS P3 Axis Lights Not Working

Hello

I’m receiving an ACOPOS P3 Power Link notification, but the axis lights are blinking red even though the motors are connected, and this doesn’t stop. When I set Power to true in MpAxisBasic, the software sets Poweron to true.

Hello,

could you attach a network command trace here? I also need the Powerlink node number of the Acopos P3.

Network command trace

Hello
Did you check the Logger for Errors? Especially the motion Logbook.
According to our help: During burning of the ACOPOS operating system, the axis LED is blinking red. Ax1/Ax2/Ax3 - LED status indicators

If this isn’t the case, then a network command trace is needed for further diagnose.

I looked, but I didn’t understand.

You can filter out different logger types on the left of the logger. The messages regarding query and alarms are from the “Services” logger.
If you disable all but the Motion logger you get just the motion entries.

I disabled all logs except the motion log and didn’t find any errors recorded in the log. However, when I checked the services log, all the log entries I initially sent reappeared.

Hi,

If you look only at the Motion Log Book, I recommend checking not only the errors but also the warnings.

I have looked into your network command trace. It looks like there is an issue with the axis reference. I would check the drive configuration to see if the axis reference is assigned to the correct axis/channel.

Regarding the logger entries in the MAPP Services Log Book, they indicate that you have some issues with your MAPP Services configuration. I recommend using the B&R Help (Offline or Online) and copying the ID from the logger into it to read the error description. B&R Online Help. The “Offline” help can be installed with Tools → Upgrades → Help.

Hello,

You have a single-channel Acopos and a dual-channel Acopos in your project. However, the photo shows a three-channel Acopos.

Please check your hardware and the project.

The equipment has a total of 3 axes; mine is correct, it has 1 x 17hws and 1 x 4x5HWD.

FOR EXAMPLE. In the driver’s configuration settings, if the driver simulation mode is enabled, disable it.

I made the same Error like your. I don’t know how you solved it, could you please tell me how to fix it?

You find this settings in the configuration of the drive:

Yeah, it actually works. I’ve made the connection. The PLC’s green light is flashing at PLK, the Acopos P3 is completely green, and the AX1 is blinking green. The position parameters are working when I manually rotate the servo. I wonder if I’ve selected the wrong part?

The AX1 light has switched from slow red blinking to fast green blinking; it’s not running the servo but is still responding to the signal.

Hi @trung123 ,
you have to solve this problem before to command any movement:

================================
Normally when I’m on rush during commissioning I do these steps:

  1. With test windows (ACP10) or mapp Cockpit (mapp Motion): command a homing, direct home: you see if you have encoder issue
  2. With test windows (ACP10) or mapp Cockpit (mapp Motion): command power on to the drive: check list of errors
