Servo 8LSA, Driver ACOPOS P3.
What should i do to check the condition of Servo motor.
Hi,
you can open the MappCockpit to check for the error (if there is one) trhe blinking green LED could be the activated emergency stop. You could check the STO Input on your ACOPOS.
but also… are you sure the servo is connected correctly? Arent you missing one Phase of the motor (in your picture there is only “U” and “V” connected…? Also you probably have a “external” encoder, because there is nothing connected at X43…?
hope that helps, best regards
Hi,
green blinking states you miss a condition to switch on the controller, e.g. as Stefan mentioned a missing STO, invalid DC bus voltage, encoder error etc.
To find out what is wrong just try to switch on the controller or write any value to parameter 340 (CMD_ERR_STATE_INTO_FIFO). You will get then some messages from drive.
Regards,
I changed another servo motor, the issue is gone. I will try on your suggestion.
I changed another servo motor, it’s ok but the root cause is not found.
