ACOPOStrak Installation Specifications and Tolerances

When installing an ACOPOStrak system, it is important to observe all specifications and tolerances laid out in the ACOPOStrak User’s Manual. While all the specifications are listed in various places throughout the User’s Manual, I thought it could be useful to create a “cheat sheet” where you can find all the relevant specifications gathered in one place. I have also included what page of the User’s Manual each specification can be found on (Note that page numbers are from V2.0 of the ACOPOStrak User’s Manual. The pages could change in future versions of the manual). If this post is missing any specifications, please feel free to either reply to this post or DM me and I will add them to the main body of the post.

*I could not find the air gap specifications in the User’s Manual, but this specification is listed in an ACOPOStrak audit template I use for Field Service. I will try to find the original source and update this post when/if I find it.

This is surely a helpful summary and saves looking through the documentation.

However, with “excerpts” like these from the original documentation, it’s very important to keep them up to date. Otherwise, what starts out as a benefit can quickly turn into a drawback if a value is intentionally changed in the official documentation.

I agree, and thank you for pointing this out!

As a Field Service Engineer, it is important that I stay up to date with the latest specifications. I check for new versions of the ACOPOStrak user’s manual relatively frequently, so I will make an effort to update this post if any of the specifications get updated.
