Aprol R4.4-01 P3 Audit Trail export

A customer plans to review audit trail data using external software.
Therefore, they want to export the audit trail data every 24 hours as a CSV file for that purpose.

Is there a better way to prepare that data for external software?

Hello,

What exactly do you want to review? The audit trail provides quite a lot of reports.

Despite this, exporting to CSV via URL is the easiest way to get a report. Alternatively, you can use the ChronoLog command to export data manually.

With this small amount of information, it’s hard to decide.

How do you want to transfer data to the external system?
Is Aprol Multi-runtime, Single Runtime, or Redundant?

As far as I understand, they want to export every audit-trail data point generated within the last 24 hours to csv and use or import it in their own audit-trail system.

So far, they haven’t told me anything more about their plans.

CSV export data could be stored on a network share.
Aprol is deployed as a single-runtime setup.
