AS 4.12: Only the splash screen appears

Hi guys,
I have freshly installed the latest version of Automation Studio AS 4.12 on a Win11 machine.

System info give me:
Microsoft Windows 11 Home
Version 10.0.26100 Build 26100

PC: Acer A517-58GM

When I start AS4.12 the splash screen appears for a second and then nothing happen afterwards. Also no error message appear whatsoever. I installed version
AS 4.12.6.106 during the regular installing process.

Any idea what went wrong?

Hi,

I’m not sure, but it could be caused by the technology guarding module (I saw something like that on one of my devices some month ago, and a exception information in the Windows system log lead me to that conclusion).

Please install the latest technology guarding package (V 1.7.1.1) to check if the behavior changes.
