I have installed Automation Studio V4.12. When I start it, it shows up the popup screen as attached. what software packages are missing in my installation? Can you please advise?
Hi,
the versions you’re missing are the once in the column “Version in Project” → your project uses those versions of the additional packages mentioned in column “Order Number”, but those packages aren’t installed in your AS 4.12 installation.
These packages are additional setups that aren’t shipped with the AS installation, you have to download them via the “Tools → Upgrades → B&R Website” function in AS (if you have a licensed AS version), or you have to download them manually via the B&R download section on the website and install them via “Tools → Upgrades → Local” (if you use a trial version of AS).
Please be aware, that some of these packages are maybe outdated and therefore not longer availiable via download → if this is the case, you have to upgrade your project to a newer version, using the AS function “Project → Change Runtime Version”.

There is magic button, download required versions, try this first 
Just to mention that the “mapp” may not be downloaded it’s “mappService” that you need to check for download
