Automation Studio 6.1 - Help Online

Hi,
I installed Automation Studio 6.1.1.14 on a PC that previously had version 4.12 installed.

At the first launch, when I tried to access the help, I was prompted to install it separately.

I installed the help and the mapp components 6. Upon the next restart, I opened the help, but for the individual mapp components, I cannot view the information:
‘The documentation for this Technology Package is not delivered with the base Automation Help installation; it is installed separately together with the Technology Package instead.’

How can I resolve this?

Hello Donatella,

you have no choice but to install the desired technology package to get the corresponding help.

or as a alternative use online help B&R Online Help :slight_smile:

I’ve already installed the technology packages, which is why I find it strange that I can’t view it!

It’s an alternative, but I might not have a connection in some locations…

I have the help for mapp Service and mapp Motion in the AS6 help. What exactly are you missing?

it looks like a already known issue which is fixed in AS6.3. This should be released in JUNE, so very soon. I would suggest to update to this AS anyway.
