In the B&R Simulink Config block, there is a tab “Advanced Settings” where it is possible to tick “Create Simulink.Parameter/Signal as variable”.
Does anyone know if it is possible to control the Memory settings (standard, constant or retain) of those parameters? And if it is possible, how to do it?
When using the B&R library block “Parameter”, there is the option to choose the memory settings. So, that’s certainly an option. However, when using the advanced settings tick box, all the parameters are created with the memory set as “standard”. The problem I am having is that I would like my Simulink signals to automatically create AS variables, but I also want to create Simulink parameters with non “standard” memory settings; and when using both the tick box and the “Parameter” block, then the parameters get double defined in AS…
