Automation Studio V6.0.2 & X20 Controller Online Download Error

Hi Community Members,
I have faced issue which is not consistent, while doing online download to X20 controller, progress bar goes to 100% complete then message comes Installation Cancelled and controller goes to SERV mode.
After Warm restart then tried to download again it says no difference in project and target.
What could be the issue. It does not happens all time and there is no pattern of issue repeat. How to find what is causing this issue. Is there any fix ?

Check the logger why the controller goes to SERVICE mode. Most likely caused by a page fault due to memory moving around during transfer.

Thanks Tommi, if i go back to logs i still able to see the entries ?

Yes, the logger should persist the entries unless an Initial Installation is performed or the ring buffer has been exceeded.
