Axis group initialization failed - missmatch of number joint axis and mechanical system

I am getting an error that number of joint axis does not match mechanical system:

But I do have all of them set up:

The only ones I do not have are T0 to T3, but I do not want to use them yet, so I did not include them to the axes group, so it should match that I am only providing 4 axes.

Ok, I think I was able to solve this specific problem, I missplaced the main programme to Cyclic 2 instead of Cyclic 1.
