Backup 4P3040.01-490

I need to create backups of this device 4P3040.01-490. I know this unit uses PCMCIA memory cards, but the customer does not store the program on one of these cards; instead, they save it in the internal memory of the device.

I have tried using the RUC, but the process gets stuck halfway through and does not complete the backup. Does anyone know what I can do?

I only think about runtime utility center for backup the retain local and global variables, we need to understand why it failed when it has executed your sequence.

The “PCMCIA” card inside a PP41 is not readable with a PC - basically due to the fact that it does not use any PC readable file format

Backing up SG3 targets is not an easy tasks and quite well described here:

If you follow this manual and encounter a problem you could post error messages, pictures, etc… and we might be able to help further
