BR Automation studio stopped working (does not start)

Hello,

Hi,

We have a machine that suddenly the BR Automation studio does not start. a message appears: "could not load file or assemble WibuCmNet ".
See picture attached.
I assume that window update is the origin of this Error.
currently the OS build version is: 19045.5131

I tried to reinstall the BR Automation studio 4.9.2 but it did not solve this issue.

Anybody encounter this issue and found a solution?
I want to remain with the same Automation studio version. is it possible?
