The application shows this error, and when I click the OK button, Automation Studio closes automatically. How can I resolve this?
What version of Automation Studio are we talking about? I would suggest uninstalling Automation Studio and installing it. Make sure there are no errors during installation.
version 4.8.7.28 SP (2024-04-19), i already used 2 years same laptop but yesterday open the application this issue show.
Looks like an issue with the codemeter service which is used in the background for the licensing mechanism of Automation Studio.
I would recommend to uninstall codemeter and then install the latest Technology guarding version from B&R Homepage. With it comes the latest version of codemeter that is tested with automation studio.

I can see in the screenshot the version of codemeter has changed so the installation seems to have worked. Could an Antivirus-Software interfere?
You wrote it worked in the past, so maybe something you installed / changed may be the cause of problem?
