Automation Studio - Troubleshooting Max License Activations

I have the same problem like already discussed Automation License not working

I tried different versions of automation studio(4.10, 4.12, 6), deleting licence from Codemeter, checked that TLS 1.2 is active and still the same Error: License has reached the maximum amount of activations. What else can be wrong?

The user working with TechnologyGuarding needs write access to this file:
“C:\ProgramData\BR\TechnologyGuarding\BR.AS.License.UI.state”

So, if the steps in the mentioned link did not help you (also that point - to start it as Administrator), I would recommend to contact your local B&R sales or support to get more information how to proceed.
