Computer does not see plc

Hello
The computer does not find the plc. I gave the IP by changing the adapter options in the network and internet settings, although I checked and changed the cable, I searched for the plc in the settings area, but it did not find it.

The PLC (and any other device on the Ethernet network) can only be accessed if they are visible to each other. “Ping” is a good command to prove this.

Dear Administrator, how can I do this?
can you explain a little bit

The ping command can be executed using the command prompt.

ping PLC_IPADDRESS

Hi, it´s important that the parameter “SNMP Parameter” is activated.

Dear Administrator, there is still no result in active status.

Can the PLC be seen in Boot mode?
