Cp1584 unable connect to socket, trying to reconnect

I have a CP1584 with the led S/E is off, the state of the leds is:

R/E - GREEN
RDY/F - OFF
S/E - OFF
PLK - OFF
ETH - BLINKING
CF- GREEN
DC - YELLOW

The power pannel show the message “UNABLE CONNECT TO SOCKET, TRING TO RECONNECT”

I have changed the CP1584 for a new one and the problem persists

  1. What kind of visualization is it? (VNC, web…?)
  2. What kind of panel is being used?
  3. What are the connection settings in the panel?
  4. How is the panel connected to the controller? Ethernet?
  5. Has the connection cable been replaced yet?
    Can you attach a systemDump of the PLC here?
