Someone could tell us why our CPU X20cp1584 finds the objective with basic project without routines but after 30 minutes it disconnects from the lens, there is no more ethernet traffic.
We remove power, give power again and the CPU enters continuous mode of boot attempts without reading the project until we let it rest for several hours without power and we can connect again.
It does this both in RUN mode and also in BOOT mode.

I havea feeling that this question was asked in a different way a couple of times over the last few days from you. In general, this PLC is very good and does not have any communication problems. So, it is either a hardware defect or a problem with your laptop, etc. Based on the information you have provided, I do not want to draw any conclusions. I suggest you either test another PLC or contact your local B&R office support. They can connect with you and analyze the issue online.
Yes, we have another different CPU in stock, it is an x20cp1484 and this CPU connects with its lens and with the same PC, it has no problem it remains stable with SDM and with the same IP without disconnecting at any time.
But our CPU x20cp1584 manages to find the lens it connects but in the course of 60 minutes it disconnects from the computer, no LEDās error appears only that it disconnects from the lens it has no ethernet traffic, we in this situation remove power and return to supply voltage and it no longer finds the lens the LEDs appear all off, only the CF and DC led flashes all the time. Then we let the CPU rest for 24 hours and reconnect.
We donāt know if this anomaly can be corrected with a hardware update (the original project would feel that we donāt have source codes?) Or replacement of some part of the hardware.
I canāt tell you more the truth, we will contact the B&R technical service.
