Our customer met a problem. When they are upgrading their Automation Studio. It is stopped by a message about can’t create SSL/TLS security channel.
Just like the message that we may met when we try to licensing Automation Studio.
Have anyone met this problem before? How should we deal with it?

Possibly linked to an old AS version. You need to download the upgrades from the website and install them from local “Browse..”.
