The interface of the function block MpDataRegPar has changed. The input Unit has been deleted. Is it an idea that the migration tools will check if this function block has been used?

we can definitely take a look at that. Would it be possible for you to create an issue on GitHub? A few screenshots from before and after would help
to bring this into the script as fast as possible.
