Homeing mode

I want to learn the target modes on the servo.
I want to ensure that the servo in my hand searches for the sensor and accepts that region as 0 when it sees the sensor.

There is a decision making aid available right below there, which will lead you to either ā€œAbsolute switchā€ or ā€œSwitch gateā€. Now you just have to look for the difference of those and decide which one applies. (Link)
