you need a B&R account.
I think you can get this from your B&R sales partner or support office.
After login to Customer Support Portal you can search for your ticket number.

the B&R website login is like a “basic” account to get some more data like several downloads, extended material information, and so on.
your company (should) have a own administrator that can grant access to some more portals of the B&R website like material return portal, support portal.
The reason why this is managed by a company admin is because B&R does not know your role and rights in your company, and therefore can’t decide which data you’re allowed to see from your companys perspective.
If it’s unclear who’s your company admin (or even if one is existing), you can contact your B&R sales representative for checking that.
