I am reaching out as I am new to the B&R system and currently seeking guidance on how to obtain the permanent administrator and TUMA_SYS level passwords for our Real Time B&R PC.
Our support team has been providing us with daily passwords when needed, but recently we have not been able to get the necessary credentials. I would appreciate any advice or assistance from anyone who has experience with this matter.

Hi Heribert,
from what you described, I’m pretty sure that the information you’re searching for can only be provided by the original machine manufacturer.
The B&R system itself does not have any standard / system integrated administrator accounts / credentials, nor any pre-configured accounts / roles like “TUMA_SYS” or anything else.
The B&R controller is a free programmable PLC system, which of course supports user role systems, but not with any built-in accounts. So it depends just on the machine manufacturer software developed on this controller, what users, roles and credentials are existing.
