You need to insert T50 into your hardware configuration at the Ethernet port of X90 and configure the network properly in T50 configuration. Additionally, activate OPC-UA as well. Download the necessary files to X90 and use the T50 service page to upload all parameters from the PLC, save them, and then restart. This is the easiest way. I think you have to also activate OPCUA on X90 side in CPU configuration.
Hi, it is my typical way of the development BR systems. Unfortunately in this case one of the specific mobile panels functionality i.e. OPC Server it failed.
printscreen of ETH configuration of X90 from project
printscreen of network configuration of MT50 from project
and printscreen from logger after restart.
you can also try to insert HUB between X90 and MT50, connect your laptop, ping both side (X90 and T50) and using UAExpert try to connect to OPCUA server of MT50.
Note: Make sure that the latest image, fw version etc are used on both side.
Try a test with a manually set IP address for the X90 CPU and MT50. I’m not sure if, in case of DHCP server used, the OPC UA client on the X90 side can connect to the MT50 OPC UA server. I think there must be at least hostname configured on MT50 side. Information should be logged in the logger.
