Make periodic axis (0-360deg) for X67SM2436

I switch to module of third-party brand due to another problem

X67 module error

The problem was with X67SM2436 and encoder (I suppose it was noise in power bus). I didn’t find out solution so just replace X67SM2436 to module of another vendor and connect it through CAN bus (it was on site already)
