Mapp Vision (Anomaly Detection) hardware dependancy

Hello,
A few months ago, I tested the Anomaly Detection feature of mapp Vision on the VSC123R22.041P-000 hardware and was able to see the results.

However, when I tried to test it again today and compiled the project, I received a compile error (Number :7745) like the one in the attachment. I haven’t updated the runtime or any other versions, and everything is the same as before, but it seems to be telling me to use the VSC523 model instead.

Has the VSC123R22.041P-000 been changed so that it can no longer use Anomaly Detection?

Only the VSC5* cameras have the inference accelerator inside which you need for anomaly detection. So the message is right.
I cannot tell you, why it worked some moth ago - but in my opinion it never could have worked.
For anaomaly detecion you definitively need a VSC5

Hello. Samuel.

Thanks to your reply.

According to the manual, the VSC123 model also has an inference accelerator.
Is this not sufficient to use the Anomaly Detection feature?

Hello,

VSC123* has the inference accelerator only for deep OCR as far as I know.

Best regards,
Florian
