There are some additional settings required in Automation Studio and mapp 6.x compared to mapp 5.x, but since you’re using mapp 5.16 I can’t think of any “gotchas”.

How are you “logging in”? Is this through a mappView HMI or are you using the MpUserXLogin block to log in through the application?

Are your credentials stored locally in Automation Studio’s User-Role system or are they in an Active Directory server?

Are you getting any errors in the Logger when you try to authenticate?
