Need ProSYS software for B&R M264

Good Day

I understand this was on a previous thread that got closed but I need the ProSYS software to communicate to a B&R M264 I 1st tried PG2000 but it keeps becoming non responsive when I push connect and research showed me I need something older.

@oliver_D please can you send me the software so I can communicate with the plc

I will send you a private message containing ProSys

The software is free of charge BUT you will need an online adapter which serves as dongle for the software and as converter between parallel port or serial port of your PC to the TTY interface of the PLC

This adapters are no longer available - so I hope you already own one as otherwise you cannot get online to the PLC

would a made cable that runs from the 25pin connector to the db9 pin connector to an rs232 communication device to my pc not work?

because the pdf looks like it has the wiring for a communication cable considering its the transceiver and receiver pins with the ground.

This will not work. As mentioned there is an adapter needed which serves as dongle

Without this you will not be able to go online

This were the order numbers back in this days but as mentioned they are obsolete since almost 20 years now
