X20CP0484 ANSL Parameter Activate Online Communication Off

Hi,

Currently my x20cp0484 cannot be connected through online communication.

I accidentally turn off the Parameter Activate Online Communication to Off.

I can ping the PLC Ip address, but i cannot connect in online setting.

I also used the reset button to force the PLC into boot mode or service mode.

But i guess since the online communication were disable, there is nothing reflected on my AS even though the R/E LED is red and RDY/F is yellow.

Since this PLC didn’t have SD Card, I cannot do offline installation.

Need help on how to proceed from here

Hi,

you have to prepare a USB initial installation stick, and install it via Boot Mode of the PLC.

For preparing USB stick, please follow the instructions here for scenario 1, case 3:

You need to put the PLC into boot mode, then you can reconnect.
