P66 toggles error information, needs reboot

We have a P66 inverter running one conveyor in a system with multiple identical P66 conveyors. On this specific conveyor, an error occurs randomly a couple of times per day, and the inverter display starts toggling between different information screens (see linked video).

Both the motor and inverter have been replaced, but the issue persists. We have also verified that the inverter configuration is identical to the other P66 units. Motor type, size, and inverter are the same across several other conveyors.

Has anyone seen similar behavior?

Google drive is blocked for most of us. So you need to describe the status probably. Or is there anyone who can access?

Hi @Mikkel_Harlev ,
I have found these information:
AACS: Refers to the drive’s internal Automatic Control System firmware layer.
trAP: A fatal execution error where the internal firmware has encountered an unhandled exception.
E003: Specifically identifies Missing or Corrupted Parameters. The drive’s internal control board cannot access the stored settings it needs to function.
SP 1000: Refers to a “Stack Pointer” error, often caused when the drive’s internal software tries to access a restricted or non-existent memory segment (offset 1000)

Regarding the troubleshooting:
a) Check Hardware Seating: The E003 error often involves the connection between the main power section and the control/option board. Ensure the Powerlink interface card is firmly seated.
b) Hardware EMI: High levels of electromagnetic interference can disrupt the internal high-speed serial link, causing the processor to misread data and “trap” out

Few questions about hw/sw:

  1. Do you have the same hw revision E0 in all your powerlink cards?

  1. Which hw upgrade version you have selected in your prj?

3) Which firmware version is installed on your P66?

Ciao
