1.A number of PC2200s have been found to be dead one after another from December to January (more than 4 have been confirmed to have occurred so far), and recovered after a power failure and reboot;
2.At the beginning of the project, the ambient temperature at the site was as low as -5 degrees Celsius, which was initially thought to be a temperature problem. However, when the air conditioner was subsequently put into operation, the problem still occurred when the ambient temperature was above 10 degrees;
3. The subsequent suspicion may be caused by the insufficient capacity of the switching power supply that powers the PC2200, and the switching power supply was replaced with a 100W power supply, but the above situation occurred again;

->PPC2200 has a CFAST card as storage, so I would recommend replacing the CFAST card and analyzing the used one using a SMART tool. Since the issue is present on multiple devices, please use the standard B&R support channel. Topic is marked as a solved by moderation team.
