Power off, unplug CFAST, power on. You should see initialization and have the possibility to go to BIOS if you press the respective button. If there is no response from the hardware, very likely it is a hardware issue. The hardware must be sent to the repair department.

I have completed all the troubleshooting steps that were previously advised, but the problem was not resolved. After that, I sent the unit to the repair department for further inspection. They have identified that the main processor is short.
I have now arranged a replacement processor. Once it is installed, we will test the unit again and verify proper operation.
