Blank monitor ppc2100

I found a ppc2100 whose monitor was blank black and nothing appeared at all, aka the screen was off, but the PC was on, the voltage was checked and the PC2100 had no problems. Is this damage to the APC hardware itself? If so, can it be replaced with another replacement type?

You should check the Power and Run LED and if the POWER LED is red press the POWER button.

If the POWER LED is green but you did not see BIOS or any message during POST then the screen is likely damaged. In this case you would need to further check if it is the PPC2100 that is damaged or the screen.

You can replace one or the other or send the whole device to repair.
If the system allows you to replace the screen with a different display depends on the application. If you run a GPOS (Linux / Windows) then the screen makes no difference.
If you run ARemb or Hypervisor then you need to replace it with the same screen.

It was found that the light on the PPC2100 was only red without blinking

Can you please try to press the power button?
If this does not help then I would say the PPC2100 and not the display has a defect.

I can’t send the video, but if it’s turned on like that, the PC turns on but the indicator light is red without blinking and the screen is dark black, oh yeah I want to add a question, if this PPC only functions for monitoring, can it be done by just replacing the new PPC with the same OS?

If the PC does not turn on when you press the power button and you do not see at least the UEFI firmware, then the PPC is damaged and needs to be replaced.

If the PPC only runs a GPOS (Linux or Windows) then it is likely that you can restore function to the machine by just replacing the PPC as OEMs usually do not implement checks which force a specific hardware. But this is something you would need to ask the OEM.

you can see this video

The video does not surprise me. If the PPC does not boot if you press the power button next to the LEDs then the PPC is damaged and needs to be sent to the repair department.

press and hold or just press only?

Just press it once for a short time (<1s).
