I have this 5PC310.L800-00 with a solid red light. I hear it beep when powering on and at times it would go green and boot. But now it just stays red.
I tried doing a reset with the reset button pulled battery out and shorted. Tested some of the caps and a power ic but all seem to be normal.

A red Power LED means “The system is in standby mode (S5: soft-off mode or S4: Hibernate mode -Suspend-toDisk)”, see the user manual chapter 2.4.5.
If it worked before for a long time and nothing was changed, it will very likely be a HW issue.
Agree with Pavel. It should be possible to wake up system using power on, if not send it to repair department.
It’s definitely hardware. Ill send it in for repair. Would love to know what failed hardware wise. Thanks
