Automation PC 910: Stuck in Standby mode (Power LED still RED)

Hello Teams,
Please I need your support regarding one issue happen in my APC 910.

1. First APC 910:

APC 910-Problem 01

  • Problem 01: ONLY the POWER LED in RED (stable) = system in standby mode and the PC didn’t running (screen still black) and also the HDD led still OFF.

Please any work around can solve the situation of my APC.

Hi,

if the power LED stays red, even immediately after powerfail, and the system doesn’t react on the power button also, then unfortunately most often the reason is a hardware failure and the device needs to be repaired.
So I only can recommend to remove all plugable devices (CFast card, PCI cards), try again, and if nothing changes to ask your local B&R subsidiary for support / repair.
