The power LED remains a constant red color, and all other LEDs are off. How can I do?

Have you tried using the power button? If so, what does the device do if you press it?

stays on red, nothing happens
If you remove power, wait a few seconds, and then replace it, does the LED stay red?
Yes LED stay red, no signs of working
If the light stays red, and the PC is unresponsive (nothing on the screen, button presses do nothing) even through a power cycle, then I think this is likely a hardware failure.
I suggest reaching out to your local B&R contact. They can either help you diagnose the issue, or help you send this PC in for repair if that is needed.
