Pc 910 5AC901 FF02-00 Flashing red light only

I have a PC 910 that wont switch on , flashing red light its our spare one so I know power supply and all peripherals are working as if we swap over it works. This was a newer one we bought its a PC910 5AC901 FF02-00 and we rotate for DR every 6 months. I also noticed that new one doesn’t have battery slot filled , old one does have a battery in it. I have removed disk etc but still same fault

So what is your case? Solid RED? blinking RED?

Blinking red, my older version had a large battery which is accessible from front this one does not have a battery is this correct ?
